[@Hank], hop back on only if you can manage two posts per month, at the minimum. 

For you and [@Hellis], we can work out separate entry plans for your characters. The main question is which group do you want to join right now. There's ways to get Valen, Niernen or any new character into the forest or sea mission, or simply start them off with a third quest in Dawnstar. They'll all merge together ultimately.
