I think I'll take a 3 and establish me and @Zardoric as step-siblings for the family thing.

I think I'll take a 3 for mine and @Mae's Romance, so one of us is under the effects of a love potion.

Me and Kyrisse have finished establishing, leaving the final touches to @Rin and @Psyga315 I would suggest doing things a little diffrently and letting Rin set the classroom with a 5, giving Psyga315 the oppurtunity to use the wild dice to determine the illegal item.

Otherwise we end up with two portals, but if you guys would prefer that type of game, we can do it that way and make things more interesting ;D Maybe my evil character doesn't know there's another portal in the school somewhere.. and maybe you two are using it innocently (e.g. summoning brownies to do their laundry or whatever) or maybe they know exactly what they're doing and there's more then one set of people here causing trouble for the school!

meaning everything is complete! Shortly we'll be making some rough character sheets and then we can start the game :3

but before we do that, I just want to finalise what we've got established above, so we know where we're going when we start :D

Rin and Zardonic are step siblings. Are they living together? Is their relationship good or rocky?

Out of me and Zardonic, which of our characters is under a love potion? If it's Zardonic's, my character is probably the most evil, as I'm trying to rope him into my schemes. If it's Zardonic, he might turn out to be the mastermind, as my character would go to any lengths to make him happy - and rich, at any cost.

Kyrisse's character is very in love with Psyga's character - how long has she felt this strongly? This is the year she's decided to finally win him over.

Kyrisse knows I'm trying to do something with my portal - how'd she find out? Did I rope her into helping her with spells, and she connected the dots? Or worse - did I use her to help me set it up, and she was there? Or does she not know yet and she'll discover it in the RP?

Rin and Psyga315's characters have their own portal. How did they get it? Did they find it? What have they been using it for - to summon imps to help with their chores, for example, or something far more serious? Or do they just like the cute creatures that come through sometimes?

Bearing in mind everything happens in Potion's class, so that's where everything will go down ;D

So those are just some things to think about - but if you prefer we can go for a cold start and jump right in to making our characters and starting the RP off! In which case I'll give a little information on how it works to get the ball rolling.

@Rin What do you think? Wish our parents hadn't married (one/both of us crushing? I've seen it happen with step siblings. And don't even bring up Japan here...) , friendly, not quite friendly, minor dislike, major dislike, wish our parents had never met? I'm good with any of the above, although something on the friendlier side would be preferred.

@Mae You did it again...
I like the Idea of being the Mastermind. If we go that way and me and Rin are friendly then maybe she could be in on it as well, or maybe we hate each other and she is trying to stop me. Another possibility is for me to be under the potion and Rin is friendly with me, so is trying to stop you to save me, or hates me and is helping you. Or she just doesn't know.

Something else to bring up. Since Rin and @Psyga315 were raised next door, how well do me and Psy know each other and how friendly are we? This should be based heavily on my relationship with Rin, but it is quite possible for that to not matter. We could be best friends no matter what Rin thinks.

I'm thinking maybe have my character be in love with @Psyga315's character since the start of the school year, maybe since their first year in school. Wait, what year will our characters be, @Mae?

Also, I'm thinking maybe have my character not know about your plans, @Mae. Maybe yours will be asking mine for help with opening the portal in exchange for tips on how to win over the apple of her eye without resorting to any spells. ^_^ What do you think?

@ZardoricI'm fine with the two being on friendly terms, although I seem to be shying away from the idea of romance for this particular character so unless you want a one-sided thing going on there... XD

@Zardoric So thus, by extension, my character would know a bit about your character. Mostly as the "friend of a friend" variety.

@Kyrisse Might be obvious that my character is oblivious to your character's crush, hence the goal to try and win his heart. The question now is if his childhood friendship with @Rin's character will end up being much like most childhood friendships...

We should totally just have mine, yours and @Zardoric's character be involved in a love triangle of sorts, only the focus of the triangle doesn't actually have any romantic interest in either of the other two points. XD

...Or we could not go with a silly idea I came up with at 6:20am I guess. ^^;

@Rin That's sadly what I was sort of thinking. A very funny set of irony here.

We have one person who loves someone, but isn't attentive to it and yet pines for someone else who also isn't attentive to it.
