[@ERode]: That cheat gets too far out of hand once you encounter even one legendary weapon, and the second you get one the world cowers in fear at your makeshift Gate of Babylon. Too much. No go.

I mean like... Having a legendary weapon in and of itself is not a problem (obviously not necessarily at full strength from the get-go), but this is a fantasy world. There are too many of those for that to be even remotely feasible (and also because that's how you make enemies out of every nation in the world really fast: by stealing their heroes' weapons and leaving their powerhouses defenseless).

The rest of the form is fine, though.
