[b]Quirk:[/b] Water Spirit: Mutation/Transformation Quirk: Angel's body composition has a extremely high content of liquid, more than the usual body. This allows Angel to change her body to liquid at will and manipulate the liquid in her body to help her in combat. She can even alter the liquid in her body to drawn on external sources to replenish her own supplies if needed. Her biggest weakness would be maintaining her form around strong electrical sources and when losing complete concentration or consciousness.
