Yeah, electrokinesis would be an emitter-class quirk. Just a clarification about what he can do with his quirk? What would the degree of his manipulation of electricity be like? What can he do with outside sources of electricity and what causes heavy strain on his body? The overuse of his quirk or manipulation of outside sources of electricity? Thanks dude.
