Biting her lips she tryied to find a good tactic to her next move. The ember did hit its target, but didn't work as she was wanted. Of course Flame could use tail whip again, but she was stuck to the ground because of the Flabebe's Vine whip. 

Sighing Donna desiced to use ember again "[color=f6989d]Flame use your ember to the Flabebes Vine whip[/color]" she ordered, thinking if she could use Flabebes own move to get direct hit by using ember. 

Flame struggled and tryied to get free from the Flabebes move, getting hit as the flower pokemon tackles her. When she heared her trainers command, she stopped moving and looked at the pokemon front of her, before used ember again.
