Phoebe is certainly a stand out girl in her appearance. Due to her genes, puberty kicked in like a bitch and "awarded" her with some pretty impressive height for a girl her age. Instead of being around the female average, Phoebe herself is already five-eleven, and it's all but confirmed that she'll get much taller with age (Hell, she may be over six feet tall once she fully develops). She isn't exactly proud of her height, because she gets picked on a lot for being so damn tall. This is mostly genes originating from both her father and mother's side - they're both really tall. While it only makes sense from Phoebe inheriting her height from her mother, her father plays a good part, too. 

The way Phoebe walks is that she has a bounce to her step. She takes slow and deliberate steps, that are, while careful, are quite large. She rarely takes massive steps that cross much distance. Though, once she gets moving, expect her to make good use of her size. It might be the glasses, but Phoebe looks pretty nerdy. She wears wide round glasses that pretty much make her scream NEEEEERD, mixed with her braces. What doesn't help is her rather meek, and shy demeanor. People just get the idea that she would rather stick to the books than go outside.  She's thin as a rail. Her limbs are devoid of thickness, but they are easily the most muscular part of Phoebe. She's still developing after all. Her body has a square body shape that's pretty free of this thing called curves. Her bra is a budding 34B, and she likes it that way because bigger boobs would just get in the way.

Speaking of which, it's not unexpected for Phoebe to have some kind of bruises or cuts on her. Especially on her knees because she fell over, or some other hilarious injury because she's clumsy. Phoebe is African American, with bits of Ugandan, Ethiopian, and Kenyan, in her blood, which contributes to her appearance. Her facial features, skull-shape, and hair-texture, match Africans. Her skin is a very dark brown-ish black color. Has plenty of moles, and marks - more specifically, a mole on her cheek that seems to pop up whenever Phoebe smiles. Phoebe's facial features are quite round, and child-like in a way. Her cheeks are so round/large that they tend to poke out whenever she smiles. The other pronounced facial feature Phoebe has is her nose. Her nose is a quite large button nose with a pronounced tip, and large nostrils. Her lips are quite thick, much like people with her ethnic background. Her ears are small, and diamond-shaped, and her eyes are medium-sized, almond-shaped, and have amber irises. Phoebe's hair is straight, somewhat fizzy, and very clean. She keeps it brushed behind her head into a bun.[/CENTER]

[indent]Phoebe herself, despite her size, and sporty attitude, is actually a little shy. Phoebe herself grew up as the youngest of three prettier, and more popular siblings. Phoebe usually got the stick compared to them. They go to parties while she reads a book, or watches TV. Phoebe is just the kind of girl that wasn't exactly drawn to social interaction. However, the girl is not a complete introvert. She just merely keeps her circle of friends small. In fact, she is quite capable of holding up a conversation. Which prominently displays her more playful and cheerful side - which is enough that she has some common grounds with her peers. 

The girl is quite nerdy. She loves music, books, movies, TV shows, and it's not uncommon to see the girl at the arcades just chilling. Because she's naturally more imaginative, she leans more towards the budding media industry than just being the coolest. Though, one thing that Phoebe absolutely adores is music. She loves Hip-Hop and R&B, but she also loves old rock and pop like Genesis, The Smiths, Madonna, David Bowie, etc.

The girl is naturally curious, and fun loving. She's incredibly open minded for a girl in this day and era, and is willing to give everything a shot... long as it doesn't involve drugs, murder, cannibalism, that shit. Honestly, she's just very adventurous. She prefers the wild to the concrete jungle that she finds herself in. Which is why she would absolutely love to go camping. Everyone in her family thinks it's a stupid idea, so they don't even do it for her. Phoebe is also a avid lover of plants, and she'll often point out plant species, and make good use of them.

The girl has a natural talent in music. Her singing voice is nails on a chalkboard, but give her a guitar, and man, she's going to be with the professionals some day. She's incredibly talented with a bass guitar, to the point where some people say she's a prodigy. Honestly, she's not the best, but she's pretty damn good for her age. Phoebe also dabbles with brass instruments a bit, and has some knowledge of saxophones, and trumpets. Phoebe is also pretty damn smart from reading so many books. I wouldn't say that she's smart in the Academic sense, but she's sure as hell good at putting two and two together, and displays a surprising awareness for a girl her age. Phoebe is also an amateur botanist, she has a surprising knowledge of plants, and knows how to put some to use at least.

Though, her relationship with her parents is very strained at the moment. Her father and her mother don't particularly see eye to eye anymore. With her family becoming borderline abusive after a tragedy, everyone started drifting apart. With each family member becoming self-important, and verbally abusive. This has made Phoebe into a very spiteful little girl. She's quick to let her anger get the best of her. That also makes little Phoebe here emotionally fragile.

[indent]The daughter of two American heroes; Botany (True name Vanessa), a plant manipulator, and Strength (Real name Thompson Sarin), a man who could transform into anything he could touch. They met after fighting crime, and getting along. Eventually starting a family of four. With Phoebe being the youngest after David, Britney, and Jojo. It was interesting being the youngest child of several other heroes. Like many other heroes, Phoebe was born with her quirk, a combination of her parents powers, though, she leaned more towards her mother's ability. The rest of her siblings developed powers in line with her father's ability. Phoebe wondered what made her so special in particular. The last thing that Phoebe had on her mind was becoming a hero. She just grew up peacefully, and dabbled in music, and her other interests while using her power on the side.

It wasn't long until her idyllic life was absolutely crashed upon. A villain had tracked them down, and attacked the younger Sarins. The family managed to fight off the villain, but this was the start of a divide between the Sarin family. Thompson and Vanessa got into a fight over who was at fault here, and it made both of them bitter. A bitterness that leaked over towards Phoebe and the rest of the younger Sarins. Eventually, the whole family was toxic, and at each other's throats. 

Eventually, Phoebe felt the need to get the hell away from all of it. She was inspired by the attack on them... she can't stand by and let the same happen to everyone. She chose to become a hero, and enrolled to the local hero school. She remained there for a short amount of time, before her exceptional heroism caught the interest of the Tokio Funka Academy. She was asked to become a transfer student.

Enticed by how [i]awesome[/i] that was, Phoebe gladly accepted, and was sent on her way to Japan.[/indent]
 
[h3][color=orange][b]Quirk - Transformation:[/b] Botany-Form.[/color][/h3]
[indent]Phoebe has an interesting body, she is a walking, living, breathing plant in a human shape. She can turn her body into any plant or vegetation imaginable, shaping it into weapons, extra-limbs, and so forth. She can also create any consumable plant or vegetable by willing it. Her biology is also drastically different from humans, it's more of plant biology. In place of blood, she has various plant liquids (Water, Green Chlorophyll, Etc) constantly being transported. She doesn't have a  circulatory system like humans do. Phoebe has a vascular system, that that is similar to the blood vessels in animals. However rather then having a heart to move her fluids about; other forces are utilized (Root pressure, etc). Therefore she has no heartbeats, breaths, etc. 

Her biology/body is drastically different from humans, but still retains a few key features that allows her to function/appear as a human. Phoebe "breathes" through her skin, and she can create oxygen in the process. It's simple, she breathes by 'inhaling' carbon dioxide and 'exhaling' oxygen, creating a constant amount of oxygen for everyone to use! Now, if you're wondering about heat, stop right there. Phoebe isn't frigid. If you're wondering why, with her differing biology (and metabolism that doesn't constantly produce heat) is that some plants produce Alternative Oxidase. Which, in short, produce heat in response to cold areas to stay alive. So, essentially, how warm she is depends on how cold it is. If she's in snow, she can actually get hot enough to melt slow - otherwise, her temperature remains low.

Sorry, I was getting a little too science-y. Because of her alternate biology, she has a form of regeneration. By forcing her body to grow new plant matter to repair damage. Depending on what's damaged, this can be near instantaneous. Usually it's automatic and body-wide, but she can selectively regenerate any part of her body. She can also draw/absorb other plant matter to repair the damaged tissue. Replacing a lost limb is elementary. Phoebe is resistant to diseases and toxins. Some plants deal with infection/poison by simply killing off the infected tissue and expelling it before it spreads. She'll lose a bit of matter, but Phoebe can quickly regenerate the lost tissue. She can control and secrete pheromones that are generated from plants, which can allow her to draw a swarm of insects to herself, or repel them. Useless ability, but is cool to have.

Phoebe also has a connection to other plants. She can sense them in the immediate area, and instinctively gain information about them (which part of their life cycle they're in, what kind of plant they are, etc, etc). Now, Phoebe can do the usual manipulation of plants other than herself. She can freely manipulate the growth and size, and exercises precise control over them. Making them grow to exponential levels in mere seconds. She can control wood, vines, plants, moss and fungus, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. She can use the plants around her to both attack and defend herself from harm. Her ability requires her feet be on the ground, otherwise her control is severely weakened. She generally exerts physical force by stomping her feet or digging her fingers into the soil, to increase her power to amazing levels. Phoebe can basically control all plants, and is all powerful in woods. Not too much to describe here, since you should already know what she can do.
