Hmmm, lets see. This is what I'll let fly.

[*]She can have plant-like physiology. Instead of food, she would need water and sunlight.
[LIST][*]She doesn't need oxygen so breathing wouldn't be a problem. Like what you described earlier, she can passively absorb carbon dioxide for respiration.
[*]Her skin would appear green or plant-like in appearance. I guess her eyes too, if you want.
[*]She can have cholrokinesis, just don't go overboard.
[*]Recovering from injuries and lost body parts is achievable, but nothing instantaneous. It's a gradual process, but being able to recover a lost limb is a power by itself.
[*]The only parts she can alter in her body would be her arms, which can transform into tendril like vines that she can control. Her feet can allow her to root herself to the ground, absorb nutrients, and whatnot.
