[@Quatro] Ok interested but a few questions.

One, what do you use to randomise? It may give me a few ideas.

Two, can I have a character with no Quirk at first, but have it 'activate' or develop when the character is feeling a large amount of anger, fear, the need to protect somebody, etc.

If not that's fine, but I thought I'd be an interesting plot point.

Three, the Rp will be based around the school and classes and such, but in Hero Academia, there are times when they aren't in school. Will this be the case here? If so then Two will work along with this too.
