Literally [i]what?[/i] The Militarun Tempestus has it's own commissars but the commisariat as a whole is not part of it, this is literally in the MT Codex! They only have significant authority over the IG and civilians. They cannot just shoot a Frateris Militia member for discipline. I would have to actually kill the girl for them to do that, and not taking excommunicated, or mobbed.
