Bio/Personality: Lily became the boss of the city's largest supply of prescription medication when she was only seventeen years old. Her father was in charge before her and his father before him and it goes all the way back to her great-great-great grandfather who supplied opium to a brothel in the early 1900's. During a swap one night, her father insisted that he attend, convinced his handy men were stealing money from him. It wasn't a swap, it was a bust. Some of his men had ratted him out for a shorter time. Her father got twenty years in prison while the backstabbers only got ten. They were released early for good behavior, Lily had them executed.
Her father was only slightly disappointed that he never had a son, but he raised Lily to think like a man, while using her womanly charms to get what she wants. Most people outside of the organization do not know that a woman is in charge of supplying the city their fix of painkillers and ADHD meds. It may not seem like a hard core crime to some, but try telling that to a pissed off junkie that just wants a fix. She is by no means the wealthiest boss in the city, but sleeping with the wealthiest boss sure does have it's perks. S/He keeps the cops off her back and has the whole system wrapped around his/her little finger, and she has him/her wrapped around hers. She may look like a little girl, but her bite is worse than her bark. She has friends in high and low places and she not afraid to call her dogs to do her dirty work for her.
