Should I write up more on the history or leave it vague?


Then there is the question of treatment of Meta within the League which by the way isn't pleased that Starchild is siphoning off talent


I'm picturing Meta as being Conscripts when they turn 18 and tracked from emergence by the government

Think of the League as the Military, Peace Corps and Red Cross all in one but under control of the UN's Special Board of Meta Affairs 

BMA for short tells Meta where they are assigned in the world, where they can live even who they can associate with; Well they did till Jesse and I hope some of the other Characters did the same and Won a case for their freedom.

This is a game set in a time of transition and part of that is that Meta till recently began giving birth to children who emerged during puberty. Up till then Meta were just Genetic sports who couldn't breed true. This scares the hell  out of the BMA because it means in a generation Meta could triple or higher in numbers. (The US has a population of 316,000,000 and only 25 are Meta from the last generation and already 7 new Meta have been born of Meta parents)
