That is for the most part fae or faeries in general. The idea of the infernal deal comes from old Irish and Welsh stories (it was transplanted onto demons when the Christian Church became dominant and wanted to discourage the practice of older faiths). A fae pactmaker would be less a type of a fae and more their occupation. Though making deals and collecting favors would be a way of life in the fae realm it is not inconceivable that someone would use it to make their primary living. It wouldn't require a special type of fae as words are binding and promises must be upheld. Think of it like this, Rumpelstiltskin is the modern version of an old faery story.
Hrm alright. I kinda had an Idea for fae that are born from special bargains, they exist because they are a natural legal consequence of ancient fae deals. These deals act as a truename for these "Pactborn" fae and they are very rarely speak of them for fear of it being used as leverage.
