You also forgot to mention xel'rath could literally eat the core of the planet causing it to implode, which I'm sure is rather frustrating for anyone that requires such things as breathing, regulated temperatures, or the neccessary pressures to keep their innards as innards. Tiny's character, on the other hand, could legitimately swap the positions of the planet's core with some random guardsman's face if he put the effort into it.

Point being, literally everyone has some capacity to destroy the planet in theory, but none of us are doing so because that would be incredibly boring and rude.
