Blake opened his mouth to answer when a meeting was called, and Vlad did not sound happy. Blake shook his head, knowing this would not attract wanted attention. If they were lucky, only the police would be snooping around... but when were they ever lucky? Someone was risking everyone's safety for their own personal gain... or maybe there was an explanation that had just failed to come to light. Either way, it wouldn't matter to Vlad. He looked at his co-workers, his family, knowing that someone here was guilty. Then again, who wasn't guilty of a little murder now and then, intentional or not. When Hammond wasn't looking, he quickly wiped the chocolate from his face, the scales of his claw scratching against the glamour-created skin. He tucked his hands back into his pocket, just before Hammond turned and picked up where they left off. "Oh, my glamour? It's fine, haven't noticed any problems recently. If anything comes up, I'll be sure to let you know." He gave Hammond his best smile, not wishing to be caught in his lie. Anyone that knew Blake, and his habits, would recognize this smile as his lying face.
