Personality: Ryan is untrusting, cold, and generally heartless. He has seemingly endless anger pent up inside his body. He refuses to get close to anyone, knowing first hand the pain that it causes you. He is a major pessimistic and doesn't think that there is any good in life.
Bio: His parents always knew there was something wrong with Ryan. His body temperature was always lower than the regular person. He always felt cold to the touch. His parents just accepted that much and began to raise him. But one day in middle school when he was home, they couldn't handle him any more. He was found in his room, his room solid ice, the boy sitting in there happily. His parents reacted in fear, and quickly made a plan. It was said that they were going on a surprise vacation. They took a plane several states away and got a hotel. His parents told him they would be back soon and went out to get food. 

Only, they never came back. They left Ryan there at the hotel. He left the hotel afterwards, quickly falling to a life of crime to stay alive, having no way to get back on his feet he joined a gang. He was delving deeper into a hole that he wouldn't be able to get out of. However, his option to get out came in the way of men in ties. They took him to the facility, knowing that he couldn't just be kept in a regular prison due to his powers, and so why not use his powers for their own good? He took the option, knowing one of the only other options would be him dying.
