The color choice displays an unwillingness to follow simple rules, simply put. Without a drastic change of attitude, I'd actually rather [i]not[/i] deal with it, and insist you pick up your toys and find another sandbox. Granted I am not the final authority on this, and will respect the wishes of said final authority if she disagrees with my opinion. 

I don't care if you find a rule stupid. You will follow it, letter and spirit both, or you won't be a part of this. That level of obvious disrespect will not be tolerated, period.
