“Ehhh…” Kathlin glanced around to assess her options. Right above her head, one gigantic demon…dranei…thing. To her left, angry Night Elves. To her right, Liaena also in hiding, making very obvious shooing motions at her. “Yes, thank you. It’s easier said than done” “Ugh….” The demon rolled her eyes, before bending down towards Kathlin in a quick pounce. “Let’s take this somewhere else, sweet-thing” “Nooo…no no no no! Thank you” Kathlin gasped as she scrambled around the overturned wooden structure, trying to squirm out of the way of Malizia’s fingers. Summoning a faintly growing orb of Light, the demon squealed as it was tossed at her hands. “Hey!” “OI! GIANT DEMON DEATH KNIGHT!” Liaena yelled, having abandoned her hide-out to stand on top of a garden chair. Normally, this would add to her height significantly. Given the other occupants of the garden, this was very much a losing battle. “YOUR INTENDED WISHES YOU TO PROVE YOUR LOVE BY DEFEATING HER FOE! THE NIGHT ELF CAPTAIN SERPHIA! ….RIGHT!?” “What?” “….” “Oh. Yes…yes, that sounds like a wonderful idea!” Kathlin said weakly. She had at this point managed to anchor herself somewhere where the large sausage fingers were having trouble stretching in to. It was presumably only a matter of time before Malizia realised it was easier to tear the entire contraption apart. “Yes! I’d love it if you took care of her for me. I’ll…uh, watch. From over here” “For the Light’s sake, that potion is wasted on her. I’d have that thing eating out of my hand by now” Liaena grumbled as she slithered back down behind the wheelbarrow. In all of the mayhem, the girl had found herself quite close to the garden well, which she now gave an appraising look. “I wonder if Sharon’s secret stash is still intact” …. Worst comes to worst, they’ll make excellent Molotov’s.
