Ok Ewin is out. So we have a few options

1) Someone with enough time can run Vaolos

2) I can relocate Theo to cover that whole area and expand Ocrad

3) Someone can recruit a reliable friend to take over that area and remake the country however they want


I like two, but I'll only do it if Theo and Ocrad are OK with it
