[@Shadow Daedalus], accepted. THE AM Rifle may be a bit op, but I'm figuring it won't be a constantly used weapon so it should be fine.

[@DepressedSoviet], it's no problem, glad you like it! I didn't get around to decorating it yet, but most of the interiors still aren't furnished yet, so... :P Plus I have a borderline obsession with settlement building anyway, so it worked out fine. (Shameless after-post-edit-plug: if anyone wants to see my other builds, go to the channel those other videos are on, there are a few on there(okay, shameless plug over))

I feel like we'll be able to start relatively soon, just as long as we get most of the people around. And if nothing else, we can stumble across others fairly easily. Stay tuned!
