-Appearance: A short, pale boy with short black hair, wholly unremarkable before he got his power. Afterwards he started wearing all black dress suits with half capes and everything like he were the phantom of the opera. He dyed his bangs white, started carrying an umbrella, and wearing vampire teeth. All of this looks rather authentic now thanks to their constant exposure to his power. It gives him a more regal and dignified presence than your typical awkward kid in a Halloween costume, which he is.

-Power: [b][i]Lonesome Ghosts ~ Restless Spirit of Octobers Past[/i][/b]  (his name for it) - Ed can expel and manipulate a green, glowing, semi-liquid substance he calls Ectoplasm. Ectoplasm is naturally absorbed by inanimate objects and plants. As something absorbed more and more ectoplasm it becomes more and more "haunted." Its form twists and changes, along with giving off both a pall of darkness and a disquieting aura. In advanced cases the object may even be able to move of its own accord, either like an animal or simply throwing itself around. All changes to an object seem to be in service to making it more "spooky."

In areas with high concentration of ectoplasm "Ghosts" spawn. There beings of concentrated ectoplasm can look like anything, but will always be semi-transparent and have the typical long ghostly tail. They mostly take the form of large white blobs with eyes, a mouth, and small arms. They can move through walls and people, leaving the person with a chill, a slight feelings of anxiety, and coated in ectoplasm. Though they can interact with the physical world they are mostly harmless and pop like a balloon when attacked. When left on their own they are content to hide in things or behind corners to jump out and surprise unsuspecting victims, rearrange furniture and knock things off tables and walls when no one is looking, and generally make nuisances of themselves. Being composed of Concentrated Ectoplasm, Ed can expel these ghosts from his body at will.

-More info?: It became apparent at some point that Ed had stopped going home at the end of the day, eventually driving all staff from the westernmost building to transform it into his own personal haunted mansion. The ectoplasm is so think there its begun affecting the atmosphere, causing the area around the building to appear as though it's twilight even in the middle of the day and attracting frequent localized thunderstorms. The sounds of heavy construction can be heard from within at all hours as ghosts work to modify the interior into a version of the Winchester Mystery House. He has frequently expressed a desire to drive everyone from the school, Scooby-Doo style, to transform it into the world greatest haunted attraction.
