Captain Atom.can use them, even though he's mostly radiation, but that's the only l limiting factor I see to her using the tubes, unless you're programming a private one to authorise you, at which point I'm not sure they'll be able to get biometric data.

Then there's the fact that she tends to disrupt electronics, which makes me wonder if the device will still be intact after she uses it.

I guess I typed all that to say "sure, she can use them, but their might be complications."
