also, utility --> tinkers right? if not im cooking...just need a potion brewer and a smithy person
From what I understand is that a Tinker is something more of an "origin" than a class. You could have tinker fighter with a clockwork swordstaff and spring boots as easily as a magician that summons clockwork automatons to fight for him. A utility person is someone with little combative ability and instead crafts things for his or her team. The general MMORPG roles I know are:

Tank: Walking block of hit points and defenses that occupies opponents and defends allies
Strikers: Low Defense but high damage
Healers: Pretty Obvious here, usually also has counter spells for petrification, disease, burning and other ongoing effects
Buffer/Debuffer: Buffers boost the part in some way. Debuffers, which are less common, use their abilities against enemies. Buffers are more common because sometimes enemies are immune or resistant to debuffs. You allies, however, always accept your buffs making your abilities 100% effective.
Controllers: By erecting walls, slowing opponents and otherwise affecting the overall battlefield these characters, usually mages, can bottleneck the enemy allowing the group to deal with smaller numbers and prevent them from getting overwhelmed
Utility: Crafters and Brewers. They make items for others to use.
