A master for Berserker should just pull a Kirei in Fate route and power the Servant up with the suffering of children.

Isn't the Hassan-only Final Destination ruleset something inherent to specifically Fuyuki's Grail War (and Strange Fake's since it's directly based on it)? I forgot the details on that.
