I always assume that when replacing the rules somehow they don't use Assassin as the same class, intentionally or unintentionally. You're only going to get a one-to-one correspondence with the Fuyuki Grail War if the Einzbern are providing the Greater Grail and Zouken is helping out. xD

As for ME: to be fair, when Nasu wrote ME, it was just for F/SN. And the thing that universally gets forgotten is [i]it can be turned off[/i]. Illya's just angry at Berserker and keeps him crazy, Lancelot doesn't WANT to be sane. It's not actually hard to get round.

Stacked wars are more interesting. And make for more options.
