As Ivy began to play around with her fire power it attracted the interest of Valencia. with her power she could also manipulate fire and make one appear. How Valencia makes fire appear is simple is you know physics. Fire can be made by moving atoms against each other on a high speed so that heat energy ignites to a little fire. By manipulating the oxygen around it you can control it. 

Valencia stopped playing around with her ball and looked at the fire that Ivy had made and that took shapes and changes fast. She studied the fire fist and thought of an image of a little bird. By clearing her mind and just focusing on the fire with the image she tried to make Ivy's fire look like a little bird that is flying around above everyone on a save hight.
