Personality: Mr.Steel is more or less all about respect, you respect him and he will give the same to you in return. But if you disrespect him you may find yourself on the wrong side of a very rage driven man. Suffering from not only paranoia and rage issues that have long plagued him in his life, Steel is incredibly short fused and most times it does not take much to set him off. But even with these personality conflictions he is also dependable and when he says he is going to do something he will do it, he is also more understanding then most and does not believe in being a dick just because he can. However nice he is capable of being though is mute if you get on his bad side, and once you are there to him you are enemy number one and he will get you one way or another. Mr.Steel is also very intelligent and has a high I.Q. that has served him well in his life, he is a born tactician and enjoys messing with people when the opportunity presents itself. All an all if your his friend you have a valuable ally, and if your his enemy then your life is in danger.

Background Info:

Reason why sent: Price was born into a life of sexual favors and drugs right off the back, his mother was a crack whore and his father he never truly knew and the guesses on who it was in the end was too many to count. From the moment Price could think for himself he was more often then not on his own, his mother did not give a care for him and often called him a bastard because he looked just like his father. Often when his mother was not strung out on drugs she was at home berating him and beating him with a leather belt for no other reason then that he existed. Price was only ten when he committed his first murder and that victim in the end was his own mother, not being able to take her abuse anymore he tied her to her own bed while she was in a drugged daze and slit her throat with a large combat knife. From that moment on Price was no longer right in the head, after his mothers death by his hand he took too the streets and never looked back. Seeming his mother was a worthless whore her murder was never investigated so in the end Price got away with the murder with no prosecution. Price took to the streets pretty well in the end, and by time he was fifteen he had committed three more murders, one because he hated the man and the other two because he had found a blood lust that was quickly becoming unquenchable. 

By time Price was eighteen he joined the Army, his blood lust aching for the chance to kill more people, in his mind this way he would not risk going to prison for the rest of his life and better yet he would be ordered to kill which suited his dark personality. Price was in the Marines for over twenty years, and no one truly knew of his lust for the kill, often cloaked by the fact that he was fearless in a combat zone and more often then not saved the lives of his comrades by efficiently killing the enemy before they could kill them first. His mindset and his ability earned him the nickname Mr.Steele which meant he was hard like steel and just as cold an no one could bend or break him. His military career however ended when he was 39 after he killed his entire squad for reasons that are still unknown until this day. Justice was swift and before Price knew it he was facing the death penalty for his actions, however given his past he was classified as insane and was sent to an Asylum where he would spend the rest of his life with no chance of ever breathing the fresh air outside those walls again.

Reason why sent: Suffers from paranoia and rage problems which has caused him to murder at least fifteen people that are known of and possibly others that have never been identified.

Powers and weaknesses: Price has but one power and that involves his special blade which is always on his body, with his blade he is able to swipe the air and at certain distances the blade can still cut you even if it has not touched you. Besides this he does have a strength and agility that some might consider inhuman. His weakness is the lost of his blade, if he loses his blade he loses the half of the deadly edge he has in fights. Not to mention that if he lost his blade then this would drive him into a frenzy, no one truly knows why he is so attached to it.
