I should probably say this now:

FRIDAY, NOV. 11 WILL BE THE FINAL DAY FOR APPLICATIONS.

That is when I will start going over CSs in full and giving feedback and accepted mentions.
If you are not accepted in the first round, do not worry for you may still be able to join is people leave/if I figure out how to do this system well.
