[@AtomicNut] Im not sure if this what is going on, but keep in mind that you should probably not try to keep up with every single character. With a party this size especially its going to be nigh impossible to keep track of everyone. Single out a few pairs of characters you generally want to interact with and stick to them for the most part, otherwise you will probably get bogged down.

This is not like in an actual novel where the story will leave a lot of characters behind for a long time before picking them up again, here everyone is getting a first person narration and it can be overwhelming. 

For me, I just stick to skimming or reading the actual quotes of most characters, if I like them particularly or my characters cross paths with them a lot its only then I will go back and read their posts in detail. This also helps realism because you dont know exactly what is going on in everyone's head, just like your character would not.
