"You know, I could just carry you. You don't weigh anything to me." Roy shifted his gaze, ever-so-slightly glancing to their rear without actually turning his head to look. He knew they were being followed since before his episode. Unless one had League-of-Assassins-level training, then sneaking up on a trained combatant like Roy was nigh-impossible. As a response to Light, he said, "That wasn't why I stopped." Which certainly sounded like a cryptic answer. Of course, that was the point, it needed to sound generic so that their mysterious tail wouldn't be suspicious. Thankfully, that wouldn't be needed for much longer. Without any kind of warning, Roy snatched a specific arrow from his quiver and - after quickly spinning around with his bow - fired it into the darkness behind them. The arrow stuck to the corner of a wall, only to suddenly light up like some kind of oversized roman candle. It was effectively a flare attached to an arrow that would light up that particular section of the sewer. Unfortunately for their follower, bright green hair and yellow eyes were difficult enough to keep hidden without a flare lighting up the room. His presence was now revealed for Light to see. "Consider that your warning shot!" Roy barked, having already switched his voice modulator back on, his voice sounded like it had previously: deeper and distorted, "Since you already passed up a prime opportunity to attack us..." he said, indicating the two hours he'd spent riding out his episode, "...I'll just assume you don't work for Patterson, but whoever you are you've got about ten seconds to explain yourself, or this next one..." he'd already drawn one of his normal diamond-tipped arrows, "...goes through your heart!"
