- Klaus Knuez : Office-
"Hm, how intriguing..." The young man stood at the board, looking over the available courses, as well as field trips. There were so many options to select upon but yet... which ones were the proper courses to take? Could he truly improve himself on a field trip or be a burden? So many items of interest stuck to him on the first day, such as the frivolous scene that he came to denote in the eatery. He pursed his lips and stared at another sheet of paper with other lonesome students whose numbers exponentially increased every couple of minutes. He rapped on his lips for a second before examining a general class that facilitated students within his circle. Hm... Ignoring the couple of odd stares his way, he moved over to looking at the areas explaining the field trips, making sure to keep an upright stance. Wouldn't want to get sloppy on posture. As he looked around, his thoughts recycled through his peculiar encounters, notwithstanding his... roommates. Klaus felt they were much worse when it came to deriding him with their constant tomfoolery and... that horrible, consequential, diabolical mess! The butler shivered a little at the thought, but only for a second, though that mental image. Biting his lip, he swiftly perished the thought, though it continued to haunt him as his eyes moved to the words "City of the Dead," and its explanation. It appeared to be an interesting option, but alas, he didn't exactly understand much of it. He pondered on it within the recesses of quietness, letting out a small "hm" every now and then. Though, it failed to last long as the quaint area became exhausted with the masses piling onto each other. The riff raff and irritated shouting seemed to bother the butler as he closed his eyes, letting a slight sigh escape his mouth. Klaus' thoughts dissipated the moment a couple of other students began sighting the same item he had been prior investigating, expressing befuddlement and caution. Pivoting to face one of them, Klaus tried to analyze who had a handle on this situation. "Uhm, pardon me m'lady," he inquired to the short pink haired woman with the myriads of piercing on her face and... skimpy apparel. Was there not a dress code in play? She quickly responded to the civil boy who was displaying an affable smile on his face. Klaus did not know how she might respond, but the looks he received were similar to the ones he procured earlier... except there was a smirk. His eyes responded to all the details over her body, to how she tugged on her nose ring to how she went from tapping on her toe to heel at irregular intervals. "Heh-hey! I didn't know B.U.M. hired a butler this year!" She chortled for a while as Klaus tilted hiss head to the side, staring at the girl as if she belonged in a mad house. There was a frown expanding on his face as the woman continued her speech. "Ey, mind grabbin' me some grub? Got dragged here with m'friends and didn't get the time to procure some food." She had a toothy grin before patting the butler on his shoulder, eliciting no response aside from a glare at her hand. "... heh, just messin' with ya! So Butler Boy, live to serve huh?" Live to serve? Why of course! He was a butler... but he couldn't deviate from his question. "Yes, I-," as he gave a quick nod to the woman along side with that, she put a finger to his lips. Crossing his eyes at the index finger, he furrowed his brows, trying to understand the predicament. "Eheh, wellllll... maybe I can live to serve you some time Butler Boy?" There was a wink at the end of it as she retreated her hand from his lips. Registering all that, he came to one conclusion about this lady. A revelation so stunning it could bring Atlas to his knees and the skies crashing down on itself. This girl in the skimpy clothing and piercings all over her face... She was... A maid too... amazing. Klaus smile widened even further as the devilish grin on the former expanded just as well. "You should invite me over some time miss," Klaus explained with a tinge of glee, the girl do nothing, aside from taking one step forward. "We would get there and-" "And do what?" She began playing with he ring piercing on her lips, staring deeply into Klaus' eyes. That was strange... the way he observed her... she didn't appear to have the qualities of a maid, but something else; a temptress of sorts. "And discuss techniques empirical to serving anyone as a butler and or maid. I mean, you are a maid, are you not?" His eyes became sharper at that question. There was something off and he was certain her next words would give Klaus some evidence. "... yes, of course I'm a maid," she awkwardly laughed with her response. "You shouldn't lie to others, m'lady," he shot out coldly, much to the woman's surprise. The air around him became a little frigid due to his response as his excited voice became chilly to feel with that. There were some traces of disappointment in his breath, but at this point, there was no reason to discuss this. "Enough of this discussion, but miss, could you mind telling me a bit about "The City of the Dead" field trip as it looks quite ravishing... but yet everyone seems to suspect it of something else." The recovering woman snapped out of that jazz, wanting to retort against the boy as she straightened a finger at his chest, but to no avail, it just drooped. She grew silent for a moment before responding. "That mission? Yeah, I'm not too exactly sure about it, but..." She jabbed a finger at it, staring at it as if it was cursed parchment. "I trust it as much as the next guy here... sorry bud, but I would advertise against it for ya." With that said, she went to ignore his existence, even after the purple adorned teen bowed and spoke of a thank you towards her. Scooting his way out of the crowd, there was some exchange that he did not acquire as they seemed to all burst into laughter upon it. Klaus warranted it for a second before departing from the mixture of people, though he didn't attempt to enter the rabble crowding around the latter bulletin board like vultures scavenging for scraps. "City of the Dead... the apprentice of a dragon god and the apprentice of an archetype..." He really wanted to go, but would the others who he could find company with be as accepting? That lingering doubt in his mind never faltered, especially when he pondered again on the worthless situation in the cafeteria. "Two puppets, cajoled and twisted by many puppet meisters... hm..." So many questions, such little time to answer either of them... Readjusting his gloves, he looked towards the masses. Should he solicit one of these students for a venture into an auspiciously named place? Find more information about this so called dragon god and that girl who was an apprentice of an archetype? They seemed liked peculiar people... plus he never heard of them, much less on the former. Thoughts shot through his mind as he stood there, tapping his lip with his gloved thumb.
