From what I can gather, there's:
five dwarves on Myno and Victoria; another five dwarves on Jarde, Eclisse, and Cylus; A number of dwarven Bolters on Roane and Taka; Elite on Merilia; three Varjans on Angelise, Estelle, Alfred, Senshi, and Nyx.

Maybe fight the dwarves? Or change direction and battle some Varjans? Or, plot twist, reveal Cylus to actually be a bigass dragon and take over the world. :lol
