Appearance: Standing at 4'6", Rughoi is dwarfed by any dracon his age or older. His skin is a deep red, but constantly mottled with bruises on account of his many scuffles with (possibly multiple) dracons. He's dressed in common picker fashion, with robes, pants, and bare feet.
Skills: Rughoi gets into fights often, and thus knows his way around a brawl. He also exhibits a strange gravitation towards strategy games. And who knows, more abilities might be hidden deep inside his skull . . .
History: Rughoi was born through magic. Some wizard messed up his spell in front of an audience, accidentally made a random person in the crowd (a kobold) pregnant with another's (a dracon) child. They never see each other again. His mother was a wandering picker, so he'd travel farm to farm etching out a living. His entire life, he was the subject of ridicule due to his height, and is constantly angry and aggressive because of it.
