How is Chizuru being handled anyway? Are we dealing with a [i]humans[/i] "legal rights" or a [i]Cyborg[/i] who most likely has none? 

As much as I love a good Law & Order scenario, I just hope this doesn't impede anyone from the opportunity to collab and move on.
