Cody gently took Caits from Gerswhin, shifting her slightly to adjust for any pain in her side, her arm, listening to small intake of breath, and the slight change in heart beat to ensure he wasn't causing her any unnecessary pain. Craddling her, Cody carefully began his way down, carefully placing his feet, since he couldn't lay his hand on the wall to guide him, he didn't want to fall, and harm Caits. As they continued on the way down, Cody wrapped light around the former agent, supporting her broken arm, her side, trying to prevent any jolt of movement. She still seemed so cold, and Cody couldn't help but worry as he continued down into the depths of the hidden room, soon reaching the bottom of the stairs, he glanced up to Gershwin. The former agent wasn't doing well. She seemed to alternate between shivers and sweats, the pain of her injuries slowly overwhemling her, Cody's soft, careful movements sending jolts of pain through her, but she knew that she probably wouldn't be able to support her own weight right then. Light bloomed suddenly as Cody shifted her, trying to be gentle, and summoned a ball of light to hover above the room. Caits opened her eyes a slight, suddenly finding the light blinding, unbearable. The room appeared small, but it did seem to be stocked with some survival needs. She closed her eyes, grimacing. "Gerswhin...is there any fresh water?" Cody's voice seemed far away, despite being so close, and Caits started to grow worried. She knew she, at the moment, vulnerable. Her body was weak, and the trip outside could have done her more harm then she thought.
