You Google search "clip to Polyvore" and follow the instructions. There's a link you have to drag into your Bookmarks tab, then you can just click View Image on the image you want and then click the link in your Bookmarks.

Edit: Also, this is what's in the "Class Schedule for Sophomores" hider on the first page in the Char tab.
