Semblance: Call of the Dragon: Summons of pair of dragon wings from his aura as well as horns, claws and breath-like attacks. Depending on the Dust he uses as a catalyst, these all change colours and have different effects. As a side effect, his normally grey irises glow with the same colour as his Aura. E.g. Using it without dust makes a clear, grey colour with a physical effect and no breath power. Fire Dust grants an orange colour with flame-based attacks, Lightning grants yellow aura and electrical attacks, etc.

you sort of leaves it open to make it as powerful as you want and I've run into RP'ers in the past that's spoiled RP's I've  been in because they managed to get accepted into a RP that had super powers of some kind but left it open enough that they could basically god mode and claim it's apart of their char's ability ^^'
