[@Grey] I assume [s]hope[/s] I fall under cast, because Koko might be. It depends on rumours. If there are interesting rumours floating about, he'll have probably looked into them. If COG sounded interesting, he likely spend a deal more time digging up whatever he could. Maybe kidnapping and torturing a couple members for information before disposing of the bodies after burning away all the evidence. Changing passwords and stealing funds when he had access to see how they deal with possible panic situations. 

What would he do with the information? Probably just keep it in his pocket until he can either sell it or use it to blackmail someone. Y'know, the usual.
