Well let's say that they have been doing this for some time and one of the previous kings gave the Bastij this authority. My goal? My wicked plans of unlimited power abusing the system while getting filthy rich? Nah, I'll just enjoy a few drinks and a lot of women. Also my character's sister [s]will have[/s] has the reins. Basically he just works there while responding third after his father and sister. And he gets [s]a big allowance from daddy[/s] payed extra for his exemplary work.
Ill allow it, the building isnt that big but it is still decent. It may have more small outpost in the city. When someone doesnt pay you can witchhunt them. it wont be as much knights but more people with a lot of wealth controlling the thing. uhh, yea you can collect how you like, let them come to you or come to them.
Well, I guess Malakaus and Atisha are dead now. I would normally argue against killing a character so suddenly without so much as a chance to react, but honestly at this point I've just accepted that dying is going to happen weather I can do anything about it or not. So with that being said, what happens to Atisha and Malakaus now? Do I have to wait until the next day before I can play them or will they just wake up somewhere outside of the city? I was also thinking that Malakaus may actually know, or at least has some idea, about when he dies. At the very least he'll know enough about the cause of his death that he could make sure not to repeat it, thanks to his innate magic resistance allowing him to remember what normally would be lost. Also while Malakaus is certainly not going to last long, I think he has just enough juice to pull the sword out of his body to give Maria a hand, though this would kill him from the shock (He's currently slowly bleeding out). Also I'm uncertain exactly how much of Atisha's attacks actually connected and killed Mithril or if he was saved from all of that. I understand [@ADamnFiddle] is writing dramatically, but it does make it hard for me to suss out what's actually going on and how I should be reacting to it. Illusions are especially difficult to work around since understandably, they rely on deception and working off false knowledge, but it would be rather important to know if Atisha is actually dead or alive, and if so her swords are probably going crazy right now.
You'll respawn at the border of the city.
