[@LegionPothIX] One thing I want to stress, before giving the final seal is that while there are settlements within the European Confederacy it's very fourth world, primative and no real cohesion between settlements. Some nations will of course be doing better off than others, but between nuclear fall and a good old blitz no-one is really doing well.
