Ryu starts to re-collect himself as the chaos around him swirled. First off, bone girl got armor...cool but nothing he can play off of to save himself some energy. Girl threw a shoe...oh joy. That is either a part of her ability or probably just to fool around a bit. Also, not helping...Kurt seemed convenient until he just charged straight off. Then again, with that kind of Quirk, who can blame him? The other katana user seemed to wait for Ryu to do something, same with Vert who needed his katana. Finally, two element Quirk users seemed to have two Robots under control...both of which seemed to be non-faulty ones. He gives a thumbs up to Vert and shakes his head at the other katana user.

[color=slategray]"I got one...won't take me long, besides...seems like I'll need to assist the others soon enough."[/color]

He walks over to the nearest robot on the left flank and draws the attention of one of the bots. Ryu pretends as if it wasn't part of his plan and barely parries the attacks of the robot with his blade. Blow after blow, the Robot nearly landed and Ryu was still barely keeping up with it. However, he was just seeing how well he was adapting from his old bat...to this new katana. Not focused for a moment to notice the weight difference between the two, the Robot attempts to slash straight through his chest with a buzzsaw.

Ryu would be dead, end of story...if he was Quirkless. However, his ability activates and despite being visible with a buzzsaw through his chest, Ryu was laughing as if he was just a hologram. He returns the favor to the robot, his katana going straight through the Robot as if the Robot was transparent.

[color=slategray]"Can't kill what you can't hit...ain't that right?"[/color]

The blade solidifies for a moment, destroying and pushing the space of which it occupied thanks to Ryu's control over it now...making a hole straight through the Robot. Pulling out the blade took a moment or two, which resulted in quite a small but deep hole coming out of the robot and it pulling back from stabbing Ryu in the chest. He takes a breather or two, leaning against the wall as he holds his katana up to Vert. Ryu wasn't that tired...but he did want to recover as much as he could in case he had to phase through anything else.

[color=slategray]"Hey, hungry Vert...still want my katana? If any of you need help destroying these things, just let me hold your hand while you use my katana...that and get it close to us because I'd rather not waste too much energy here. I don't mind lending a helping hand and making you untouchable for a moment too. Other sword guy, try not to break your equipment on these things. My katana is already somewhat worn down from using my trick...would not suggest battering away at it with your blades."[/color]
