Yep. Good Armor can be better than a good weapon or good magic.

She isn't. It's just very difficult to get within range to use a sword or axe, if you have a ranged battle it might be easier.
Also not sure what you need to confirm. Is it rockphillia? Cause I already said she aint into that XD
