I have a few questions before I go and create a character:

	1. How far has technology advanced since the world went tits-up?
	2. How much of a restriction is there on races?  Are we talking standard fantasy or Sci-Fi?
	3. Is Dark and/or Shadow magic capable of manipulating a battlefield?
