Very good! For the location of the initial meetup I think Carmen could sneak up in Vegas from time to time to sell off loot and buy supplies, thinking herself icognito. Sure enough a giant mexican monster of a woman isn't that subtle and connected as your character is, he quickly finds her.

For more precise location I'm thinking a shady bar, shady alley, near/in the Silver Rush (Energy weapons and all that) But I'm open to ideas.

Should we RP it out slowly or do one big collab post and post it once its done?
