As I explained [s]or not[/s] in my previous previous previous post, it's not enchanted enchanted, It's buff it-with-magic-temporarily enchanted. Like that move Reinhard uses on the first arch of Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu but on a lower scale and instead of being a one shot it is a constant buff.
