Considering no one wants an unidentified Cyborg running around loose, Irons is going to be supervised, trailed, and put into temporary quarters until, 

1.) Her ID/records are logged in the ship's system

2.) Her psyche eval has been green-lighted. 

The D/P confidentiality is fine, but obviously they need to know that Iron's isn't going to suddenly become a psychopathic killer at her first chance. Legalities aside, there needs to be some common sense factored into this as well.
