[@BlackPanther] I think that's probably going to be the best approach to a weather Angel  (sorry I know I'm not Wind ^^') and what I might suggest if you are going for a full fledged weather Angel is to answer a couple questions 1) why are they moving to Loom? We're they displaced ? What happened to make such a powerful being move? 2) do the deaths really not effect them or are they just really good at avoiding c9nfronting the emotion? Since the character probably won't be growing in power over the course of the RP how are you planning on showing growth or deterioration? Maybe the character comes to better terms with their position or maybe the emotional control deteriorates over the course of the RP and there comes a moment when he has to reassess how he is going to handle the deaths. It's very possible Loom could experience mass casualties this season (again) so that's something to think about.
