Also, BlackPanther, if I might offer an alternative opinion: While weather angels look to be a barrel of laughs (I was planning on making one myself before I Jasper'd), you might consider something a bit lower on the power and higher on the humanity scale for interaction purposes. I only say as much because super powerful characters pretty quickly start running into some hard limits (as I've learned with Jasper and from watching Lazarus) and especially with Caits character being a student at the academy you might get more/easier interaction on a bit more boots-on-the-ground level. But that's totally just my opinion after having made a character myself, you should absolutely do what you want!
