Also, that's a [i]huge[/i] relief to hear that I won't be having a lvl 1 Lapras somehow overwhelm 3 lvl 10 Sharpedos xD (even if i bumped them down to level 1, the scenario still seems stupid). 

Also,, could I just suggest that you don't bump the price up too much? I don't really know how much is fair, but bumping them up too much would make everything a bit insane (esp for the higher rank Pokeballs.) Are you going by this chart?

Pokeball - 5 CP : lvl 1
Great Ball - 40 : lvl 10 (vs 25 TP evolve, +3 lvl)
Ultra Ball - 80 : lvl 20 (vs 50 TP evolve, +6 lvl?? To recommend evolving.)
Master Ball - 120 : lvl 30
