I forgot, I should elaborate on the explosiveness of Bomber's ability. I will explain it here and then add it to my CS afterward. 

Should she decide to "charge" the City A headquarters the explosion would level about half the city and the debris from the explosion would destroy the other half. Her marbles create the same explosive power as a high end firework. Should she were to use a baseball it would be about the same as a grenade, if not a little more powerful. 

Charge times vary depending on the size of the object. Marbles take a couple seconds, City A headquarters would take about 12 hours. A baseball would take about 30 seconds, a smart car would take approximately 10 minutes. And she has to keep in contact with the object until a minute or so before it is finished. Hence she can throw an object before it explodes.
